The red curtain does not hide, there are entrances and exits, appearances and disappearances, escapes. A continuous longing for catharsis makes fantasy more accessible.

Four actors, specialists in physical theater, clown, and burlesque, interpret William Shakespeare’s famous tragedy, Othello. Within a setting fully stripped of any every day realism, physical games and the english drama master’s verse converge and confront one another through playful, hilarious, and absurd dialogue.

In Medida por Medida a careful dramatic exposition of the moral nature of man in relation to human justice and vice is developed, and it invites reflection on the law, corruption and religion. The play oscillates between the ethical, the sexual and power, contrasting conscience and instinct. In that sense, women occupy a central place with a very current issue: the abuse of power in the political and sexual spheres.
BORGES Y YO/ HANNA SCHYGULLA
It is a show conceived by the german actress Hanna Schygulla based on seven short stories, chosen by Schygulla, by the argentine writer Jorge Luis Borges. These stories are woven together as part of the same story with popular argentine tangos, with original instrumental music and arrangements by Peter Ludwig.

OBRA DEL DEMONIO was commissioned by Ciclo Invocaciones, curated by Mercedes Halfon and Carolina Martin Ferro. The cycle has been running for 10 years now, commissioning directors from the Buenos Aires scene, yet another canonical director in the history of 20th-century theater. Pina Bausch is the artist chosen by the curators for this invocation, at the crossroads with Diana Szeinblum, a long-standing choreographer, who in turn brought together twelve of the most outstanding dancers/choreographers on the current argentine dance scene.
NON SOLUM/ Sergi López & Jorge Picó (ESP)
The actor Sergi López, known for his film career that includes films such as Pan's Labyrinth or Harry, A friend who loves you well, leaves the big screen to present us Non Solum, a monologue written and conceived from improvisation, together with Jorge Picó. A simple starting point: take the audience by the hand and lead them through very different territories, make them laugh, play with the situations. From here on, a real dance of characters, because although Sergi López is a single man, he makes the most of his versatility as an actor to present us with an unusual repertoire of identities. Is it different characters in one person, or is it one character with different voices inside? Sergi López makes Arthur Rimbaud's famous phrase “I am another” his own and it multiplies on stage.
FLOTANTE (Primera Infancia - Early Childhood)
Flotante is an immersive and participatory proposal, a sensory installation with puppets in the air and original music for babies from 6 to 24 months and toddlers from 2 to 4 years old. A shared experience where a mysterious being invites us to immerse ourselves in a new universe of beauty and fiction – almost like in a dream that we all share. Floating appeals to the imagination and opens the perception to different forms of beauty.

We went out to catch tango, to jump and fall on the other side and see it from a distance, from outside. We listen to it sitting down, we watch it standing up, a few years after a Golden Age that no longer exists. All that remains is a nostalgia for the former music of Buenos Aires and a dance destroyed by the cultural industry. We are about to stress what has been done so far with this dance, and with the figure of Astor Piazzolla and his music. This is not the repetition of a tribute, it is not a “tango” show, it is a question that seeks to generate another poetic, another universe, another language.

Video installation that explores skin contact with diverse territories, from forest to cement, from natural moss to artificial volcanoes and ruined buildings. The Vanitas trilogy works on the eros / thanatos axis to which the body /environment axis is incorporated.

In the middle of their father's wake, two brothers arrive at the family bar and find the space that their father left. In his tragicomic impossibility of expressing their own pain, claims, mandates, demands arise and intertwine, and disputes over old histories and family secrets are settled. The how to continue, after this loss, is presented in a shouting silence like an abyss at night.

Imprenteros is a scenic event that tries to review the place lost by three brothers. That printer of the Buenos Aires conurbano where they grew up surrounded of papers, inks, labels, containers and guillotines, was snatched to them and they will not be able to return after the death of their father. With papers, folders, brochures, maps, dances, and photos, an attempt will be made to trace a thread that unites the events that unfortunately brought the printing press to its demise.

The EXPERIENCES Series, emerge from 2 narrative texts by David Foster Wallace and a biodramatic dramaturgy written by Marcus Lindeen. The three works, with different mechanisms, have the particularity of getting us into socially harsh issues, contrasting with the everyday life that we would like to inhabit, but at the same time close. They are uncomfortable, intimate and familiar topics. Places where diving is not always easy.
