The romantic tutu caught fire again and again when passing in front of the spotlights gas, scorching the bodies of the young dancers in the middle of the performance. When these accidents occurred, and once the fire was out, the dancer was replaced for another that continued the show. The fire victim usually died a few days later.
These chronicles reconstructed from research, quotes from newspapers of the time, etc are narrated and embodied by each of the five performers, in a rabid pyromaniac, musical and narrative mashup, crossed by the physical explosion that always characterized the company's language. In that thick mass of sound and performative intersects languages, translations, times, artists, audiences, fiction, documentary materials, and a recurring image: dancers set on fire above of a stage in front of the eyes of the public.
